Our mission is to provide “Psychological First Aid” through medication management, individual/group psychotherapy, mental health day programming and crisis management.

Outpatient clinic hours are Monday through Friday 9am-4pm, walk-ins are welcome.

Our Adult Day Program focus on the needs of the people we serve. RETRAC provides a safe and friendly group care program for dependent ambulatory adults during the day. The program is designed to maintain the participants’ highest level of independence and well-being, and to meet the needs of frail or impaired adults over 18 years old, including those with development delays, autism, down syndrome and other mental or cognitive disabilities.
